CATEMA Reminder!!

The CATEMA system will be closed for the 2009 – 2010 school year on June 30. Once the system has closed, teachers and students will not be able to submit any further information for the current year.

CATEMA (Career And Technology Education Management Application) system helps to identify students with articulated credit. School districts that have a local articulation agreement with Central Texas College or Temple College, or have a teacher that is eligible to teach Advanced Technical Credit (ATC) courses, may participate in CATEMA.

Please remind students, especially seniors, that they may be eligible to receive free college credit for articulated courses! Interested students should contact their college advisor for further information.

Advanced Technical Credit (ATC) Part II Training

Central Texas Tech Prep Consortium will sponsor ATC Part II training for seven courses on the new ATC crosswalk in June. Training for several additional courses will be offered in September. Other training opportunities through summer conferences and other consortia are listed on the ATC website at www.atctexas.org.

Entrepreneurship (1 credit)
Principles of Business, Marketing, and Finance (1 credit)
Business Management (1 credit)

June 17, 2010 - 9:00 AM at Temple College
Law Enforcement I (1 credit)
Court Systems and Practices (1 credit)
Correctional Services (1 credit)
